Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Upon arrival at Delhi airport warm welcome by your private driver and transfer to hotel relax and refreshed. Stay overnight.
Day 02: Full Day Sightseeing of Delhi
Visit some of the beautiful cultural highlights of the city. These may include the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, Humayun's Tomb, Lotus Temple, Qutb Minar, India Gate, President House and Lakshmi Narayan Temple. Stay overnight in Delhi.
Day 03: Delhi – Agra (4-5 hrs drive)
Depart from your hotel after breakfast. Once in Agra you can visit Akbar's Tomb, Agra Fort and of course experience the sun setting over the amazing Taj Mahal. Overnight in Agra.
Day 04: Agra to Fatehpur Sikri via Jaipur
After Breakfast & check out from the hotel & depart for Jaipur visiting Fatehpur Sikri . Drive past Hawa Mahal & through the pink rose residential & business areas. On arrival check-in at hotel. Overnight Jaipur.
Distance between Agra to Jaipur is 260 Kms / 5.5 Hours by road
Day 05: Jaipur Local sightseeing
Morning visit Amber Fort with an Elephant ride( at extra cost subject to availability) till the main entrance of the fort. Amber Fort was the ancient capital of the State. After photo stop at Jal Mahal, Visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Evening free for shopping on own. Return to hotel for the overnight stay.
Day 06: Jaipur to Jodhpur
After Breakfast & check out from hotel & drive to Jodhpur. Arrive Jodhpur and check in at hotel. Evening at leisure on your own. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Day 07: Jodhpur Sightseeing
Breakfast at hotel. Proceed for local city sight seeing tour. Jodhpur, stronghold of the fierce Rathore clan, was founded in 145Day 8
Day 08: Jodhpur - Jawai
After breakfast, depart for Jawai. On arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel. After lunch, proceed to visit a large Jawai lake and go on a leopard safari by jeep. In addition to a spectacular view of the lake and the mountains, you will have a chance to see crocodiles and birds in the lake. Continue the safari to see Indian leopard. It is the only place in India where one can see this majestic beast. Late evening, return to hotel to have dinner and enjoy overnight stay.
Day 09: Jawai - Udaipur (By drive approx 180kms/03hrs)
Breakfast at hotel. Later check-out from hotel and drive to Udaipur or lake city of Rajasthan. Arrive at Udaipur and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 10: Udaipur Sightseeing
Breakfast at hotel and then proceed to visit City Palace: 400 years old private palace of Mewar dynasty. Palace is overlooking to famous Lake Pichola. Jagdish Temple: a famous Hindu temple, dedicated to lord Vishnu. Jag Mandir: amazing picturesque place of an extraordinary architecture. Saheliyon Ki Bari: a small majestic garden. Evening enjoy the boat ride at Lake Pichola. Now, it’s time to see the cultural dance show at Bagore Ki Haveli. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 11: Udaipur to Ahmedabad (By drive approx (265.4 kms/03hrs)
Breakfast at hotel. Later check-out from hotel and drive to Ahmedabad city of Gujarat. Arrive at Ahmedabad and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Ahmedabad.
Day 12: Ahmedabad Sightseeing
Ahmedabad, one of the most developed cities in India and a bustling metropolis is known for its rich history, textile industry and as a business hub. Ahmedabad's multi-cultural history means there is plenty to see and do in this city. Ahmedabad's is also a great destination for food lovers and street food here is a must-try. Ahmedabad is rich in their traditional food.
Ahmedabad is the largest city in Gujarat and mainly known for its Fabric Industries. The unique traditional way of tie and dyeing clothes grabs everyone’s attention. If you happen to visit in January the International Kite festival can be on top of your Ahmedabad bucket list. It is an amazing experience and you will be amazed by the colorful and artistic kites in the sky.
Apart from experiencing the rich culture, there are so many places to visit in Ahmedabad. Places to visit and learn the people of different cultures and religions. Also, capture the moments with them at the most astounding places.
Day 11: Ahmedabad - Navsari
In the afternoon start to transfer to the hotel. and drive sightseeing in Navsari Visit Unai Mata Temple, Dandi Beach, Andheshwar Mahadev Temple, Desai Atash Bahram, etc. Overnight stay in Navsari.
Day 12: Navsari - Nashik
Post breakfast, proceed towards Nashik, an ancient holy city. The links of this city are related to Ramayana. It takes around 2 hours to reach the destination. Complete the check-in formalities at the hotel. Relax for a while. In the afternoon, visit Sunder Narayan Temple, a masterpiece and a true example of the temple art culture of India. Sita Gufaa is an interesting place to visit as this is the spot from where Devi Sita was kidnapped by Ravana. Seek the blessings at Trimbakeshwar Temple in Nashik which is dedicated to Lord Shiva and counted as one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. Nestled in Brahmagiri Hills, this temple was built by Maratha Ruler, Nana Saheb Peshwa. This place is a source of the Godavari River. You can find appetizing snacks outside the temple which can satiate your cravings. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 13: Nashik - Shirdi Sai Temple
Post breakfast, head towards Sai Baba Temple, Shirdi. Upon reaching, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel. Pay homage at the sanctum sanctorum. The statue of the Sai Baba is built from Italian white marble. The temple is built from old stone bricks and is covered by gold. Take some time out to visit the nearby attractions like Dwarkamai, Gurusthan, Lendi Baugh and Baba's Chavadi, at this place Sai Baba used to spend some time in their last years. People from all religions come here and pay homage to the Sai Baba. Dwarkamai is a mosque and probably the only mosque which has a temple in its premises. Sai Baba spends most of life in this place, so it has a lot of importance for their followers. Spend the rest of the day in leisure. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 14: Shirdi Sai Temple - Aurangabad
Relish a nutritious breakfast. Get going for a 4-hour journey to Aurangabad, the 'City of Gates'. After check-in, move towards the city tour. Explore Daulatabad Fort – one of the seven wonders of Maharashtra, also known as Devgiri Fort – a rich tapestry of history. To explore this architectural marvel you need to hike some 750 steps but it is worthy to reach the top. The fort has a strategic location to defend itself from enemy attack. The beauty of this ancient establishment takes you on a tour of bygone era. Bibi ka Maqbara or Baby Taj Mahal – a replica of the Taj. This is also popularly known as 'Taj of the Deccan' and it offers a spectacular view of the mountain ranges in the backdrop. Spend the rest of the day at Panchakki, a stunning water mill. It is a perfect spot for picnickers. Overnight stay at the hotel in Aurangabad.
Day 15: Aurangabad - Excursion to Ellora Caves
After having breakfast, the Maharashtra trip package itinerary will take you to the Ellora Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Out of the 100 plus caves, 34 are open to the public. Dating back to the 6th and 11th Century, these caves are dedicated to Brahmanism, Buddhism, and Jainism. Viharas, Kailasa Temple and the Buddhist Vishwakarma Chaitya grab the attention instantaneously. The Buddhist monks used to visit these caves frequently during the 10 century. There is a Jain temple, to reach there one needs to climb 600 steps, which has 16 feet tall rock carved image of Parshvanath. It is one of the largest monastery temple cave complexes in the world. The paintings at the caves are so admirable and the carvings were profusely painted. Be back at Aurangabad for an overnight stay.
Day 16: Aurangabad - Excursion to Ajanta Caves
Post breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Ajanta Caves, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. A cluster of approximately 30 rock-cut caves dating back to the 2nd and 6th centuries is dedicated to Buddhism. These caves depict the relics from the life of Buddha and his teachings. These caves are the finest example of Buddhist religious art and they consist the paintings in the caves predominantly narrates the Jataka tales which depicts the past lives and rebirth of Buddha. The paintings, sculptures, ornate carvings and ancient scripts are the added charm of these caves. This place is the finest example of Indian art. An overnight stay at the hotel in Aurangabad.
Day 17: Aurangabad - Mumbai
Get transferred to Mumbai airport and board a flight for onward journey with fond memories of the Best of Maharashtra tour.
